More than 30 local business leaders in the Jamaican and Caribbean Community came together on July 30th for an intimate sneak peak of the upcoming reggae musical The Harder They Come which will be making its U.S. debut on August 29th.  Guests enjoyed lunch catered by Barton G. while Adrienne Arsht Center CEO, M. John Richard and Executive V.P., Scott Shiller, presented our upcoming season as well as the Center’s outreach and educational programs.

Consul General Sandra Grant Griffiths was on hand to lend her support of the Theatre Royal Stratford East and UK Arts production of The Harder They Come.  Other community leaders such as Eddie Edwards of Riddims Marketing and Suzan McDowell of Circle of One Media were also on board to share their thoughts on how to best present this production to the South Florida Caribbean audience.
